General Terms and Conditions of Business

These terms and conditions apply to all orders and business transactions via liquidationstockpallets.ca. By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to all buyers regardless of location, including Canada and the United States.

General provisions

All products supplied by liquidationstockpallets.ca originate from liquidation, overstock, surplus, and distribution clearance channels. Items may be like new and in their original packaging, new with original tags, new with opened packaging, or returned goods. The condition of each item is disclosed in the complete, item-specific manifest, which is provided before every purchase. Variations in packaging, labeling, or visual presentation are common in the clearance and wholesale trade and do not constitute a product defect.

liquidationstockpallets.ca strives to provide accurate manifests and condition information at the time of listing. Buyers are requested to check all available product information and contact our team with any questions before ordering.

Orders and payment obligations

An order is only considered confirmed and reserved once full payment has been received in our account. liquidationstockpallets.ca does not hold any goods for unpaid or partially paid orders. Orders for which payment is not received within the agreed timeframe may be canceled without prior notice and the goods returned to available stock.

For large orders, multi-pallet purchases and international freight arrangements, buyers are advised to contact our team prior to placing an order to clarify availability, freight costs and documentation requirements for the specific location and order size.

Accepted payment methods

liquidationstockpallets.ca accepts the following payment methods: wire transfer, bank wire transfer, Interac e-Transfer, and gift cards. Other payment methods are not accepted. Credit card payments, PayPal, cash on delivery, and cryptocurrencies are not available.

Payment instructions relevant to your order and location will be provided via email or direct message after order confirmation. International buyers should confirm transfer details, currency, and any bank fees with our team before initiating payment to avoid order processing delays.

An order is only considered binding after the full payment has been received and confirmed in our account.

Invoicing

Invoices are issued after full payment has been received and confirmed in our account. Under no circumstances will invoices be issued before payment has been received.

All invoices contain the information required for business and accounting purposes. Buyers who require GST/HST documentation must indicate this when placing their order so that the necessary documents can be prepared. Export documents such as commercial invoices and packing lists for customs clearance are issued separately from the sales invoice and are available upon request for all international orders. A certificate of origin is available upon request if required in the destination country.

The sale is binding.

The sale of pallets is binding. Full manifests and condition reports are provided prior to each purchase. Buyers are requested to review all product information and contact our team with any questions before ordering. No returns or refunds will be accepted after delivery. By placing an order, the buyer fully accepts these terms and conditions.

The only exception is if liquidationstockpallets.ca made a significant error in the order confirmation or shipped goods that differed from those confirmed in writing before purchase. Such a claim must be made within 48 hours of delivery, with complete photographic evidence of the discrepancy. Claims received after this period will not be considered.

Shipping and delivery

liquidationstockpallets.ca ships within Canada and internationally to the United States. All pallets are professionally wrapped, secured on shipping pallets, and fully insured from dispatch to the specified delivery address. Every shipment is tracked.

The estimated delivery times are as follows: Domestic orders within Canada are generally delivered within 3 to 7 business days from order confirmation. Orders to the United States are generally delivered within 7 to 14 business days from shipment, depending on the destination state.

All delivery times are non-binding estimates. liquidationstockpallets.ca is not liable for delays caused by shipping companies, customs authorities, weather events, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. In the event of significant delays, we will inform the buyer directly.

liquidationstockpallets.ca operates exclusively online. Self-collection, warehouse visits, or on-site purchases are not possible under any circumstances. Customers wishing to order container or truckload volumes can contact us directly to discuss collection logistics as a specific exception to this rule.

Delivery to the curbside

All pallet deliveries are made to the curb at the specified delivery address. The buyer is responsible for unloading and further transport of the goods from this point. liquidationstockpallets.ca and its contracted freight partners are not responsible for carrying pallets into buildings or positioning goods beyond the delivery point. Buyers should ensure that suitable equipment and personnel are available to receive the delivery at the scheduled delivery time.

Cargo insurance

All standard shipments are insured from dispatch to the specified delivery address. Additional insurance coverage is available upon request for high-value orders before shipment. Claims under the transport insurance for loss, theft, or damage must be submitted within the time limits specified by the respective shipping company. liquidationstockpallets.ca provides all the necessary documentation for a valid insurance claim.

Import duties, taxes and customs

All import duties, customs fees, taxes, and applicable sales tax on international orders are the sole responsibility of the buyer. This applies to all buyers in the United States.

liquidationstockpallets.ca provides complete export documentation for every international shipment to support customs clearance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted customs clearance in the destination country. Buyers are responsible for verifying the permissibility of importing specific categories of goods into their country before ordering. liquidationstockpallets.ca does not provide legal or customs advice for any specific country and recommends that international buyers consult a licensed customs broker if necessary.

Buyers in Canada should clarify the applicable GST/HST or provincial sales tax treatment for their business registration before placing an order.

Pallet composition and inventory

Pallets delivered by liquidationstockpallets.ca may contain products from several categories, including electronics, clothing, shoes, tools, perfume, cosmetics, household goods, toys, and mixed general merchandise. Each pallet is listed with a full, item-specific manifest detailing each unit with its brand, model, condition, and estimated retail value.

For mixed pallets, the exact brand and model composition may vary within the category and condition parameters specified in the manifest. An exact selection of individual units cannot be guaranteed for mixed pallets beyond the information provided in the manifest at the time of listing. Buyers are advised to carefully review manifests and contact our team with any questions before purchasing.

Minimum order quantities

Minimum order quantities may apply to certain product lines or volume levels. Where applicable, these are indicated on the respective product page. Buyers interested in truckload or container load volumes should contact our team directly for pricing, logistics, and pickup or delivery options.

International buyers

Buyers outside of Canada are solely responsible for complying with the import regulations, tax obligations, and legal requirements applicable in their country. Additional costs incurred due to customs clearance, import duties, regulatory requirements, or currency conversion in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. liquidationstockpallets.ca provides export documentation to support this process but assumes no liability for costs, delays, or complications arising from customs or regulatory processes in the respective destination country.

Fraud and order rejection

liquidationstockpallets.ca reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, payment irregularities, false information regarding the buyer’s identity or business purpose, or a violation of these terms and conditions. Payments already made for a canceled order will be fully refunded via the original payment method. liquidationstockpallets.ca reserves the right to restrict future purchases from buyers who have been found to have engaged in fraudulent activity.

Limitation of liability

The liability of liquidationstockpallets.ca in connection with an order is limited to the purchase price paid for that order. We make no warranty regarding the resale value, profit potential, or market demand of any product or pallet listed on our platform. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence, including margin calculation and market research, before ordering. Nothing on this website constitutes financial, legal, investment, or business advice.

Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. The place of jurisdiction for disputes arising from transactions via liquidationstockpallets.ca is Ontario. International buyers in the United States acknowledge Canadian law as the basis of purchase. Mandatory consumer protection regulations in the buyer’s respective country, which cannot be contractually excluded, remain unaffected by these terms and conditions.

Update to these terms

liquidationstockpallets.ca reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in business operations, services, or applicable law. The current version will always be published on this page with the effective date. Continued use of liquidationstockpallets.ca after an update constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
