Shipping and Delivery
liquidationstockpallets.ca is committed to fast, safe, and professionally handled delivery for every pallet order, both within Canada and internationally to the United States.
Order processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after full payment has been received and confirmed in our account. Orders placed on weekends or Canadian public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. A tracking number will be sent via email as soon as your order has been shipped.
Shipping methods
All pallets are professionally wrapped, secured to shipping pallets, and shipped via specialized freight partners selected based on order size, weight, destination, and product category. These partners include national carriers and certified pallet freight partners for bulk and consolidated shipments. Our logistics team determines the specific shipping method for each order based on your shipment’s requirements. Full shipment tracking is provided for every order. Pallet shipments and bulk orders include a waybill with the estimated delivery date.
Canada
We deliver to every province and territory in Canada. The estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days from order confirmation. Express shipping and scheduled deliveries are available upon request for time-sensitive orders. Please contact our team before ordering to discuss express shipping options and any additional costs.
United States
We ship to the United States via insured international pallet freight. The estimated delivery time is 7 to 14 business days from shipment, depending on the destination state and shipment size. Buyers in the United States should note that import duties, customs clearance fees, and applicable taxes may apply on cross-border orders and are the buyer’s responsibility. For large orders, customized freight arrangements with full logistical details and scheduled delivery can be arranged upon request. Export documentation is available to all US buyers upon request. We recommend contacting us before ordering to clarify current freight quotes and documentation requirements.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs for standard orders within Canada are calculated at checkout or, if indicated on the product page, are already included in the pallet price. For international orders to the United States, as well as for bulk and multi-pallet orders within Canada, shipping quotes will be provided directly before order confirmation. Contact our team via WhatsApp or email for a shipping quote before placing your order. All applicable shipping costs will be confirmed before payment is requested.
Shipment tracking and receipt
A tracking number will be sent via email as soon as your order has been shipped. Pallet shipments include a waybill and an estimated delivery date. Please ensure that an authorized person is present at the specified delivery address at the scheduled delivery time. Delivery to P.O. boxes or parcel lockers is not possible. A physical street address is required for all pallet deliveries.
All pallet deliveries are made to the curb at the specified delivery address. The buyer is responsible for unloading and further transport of the goods from this point. Suitable equipment and sufficient personnel should be available at the time of delivery.
Damaged or missing items
Please inspect your delivery carefully upon receipt. Any damage or missing items must be reported to our team within 48 hours of delivery. Contact us at sales@liquidationstockpallets.ca with your order number and clear photos so we can process your report promptly. Reports received after this 48-hour period cannot be considered.
Returns and refunds
The sale of pallets is binding. Full manifests and condition reports are provided before each purchase. No returns or refunds will be accepted after delivery, unless liquidationstockpallets.ca has made a significant error in the manifest or shipped goods that differ from those confirmed in writing prior to purchase. Such a claim must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
